Haggai
The introduction below is from
Chuck Smith's Old Testament Study Guide,

for details):
In the year 536
BC, Cyrus. The king of Persia, signed a decree allowing the
Jews to return to the Holy Land and commissioned the Jews to
rebuild the temple Zerubbabel led 50,000 Jews back to
Jerusalem. As they started rebuilding, there arose an
immediate opposition from the people in the area. Letters
were sent back to the Persian government warning that the
Jews were a defiant people who would rebel against the
government of Persia. As a result, they received a cease and
desist order from the government about 534 BC, only two
years after they began.
Haggai begins his prophecy in the second year of Darius the
king. This is not the Darius of Daniel, but the one who came
16 years after they began to rebuild the temple. Haggai
rebukes the people and calls them to repentance. Later he
encourages the people to obey the Lord and get back to work
in rebuilding the temple.
