The TRUTH about Christmas

When did you last actually study the Biblical account of the Birth of Christ?

The Biblical story is perhaps the most well known, but least studied Biblical story of all. Perhaps it is because we grow up with people telling us about what happened, and so when we get to Christmas we assume that we know all that there is to know about it.
Likely very few of us have seriously studied what the Bible has to say about the events that took place around 2000 years ago - rather our information tends to come from what we have heard and accepted over the years.

As you watch this DVD, don’t just accept what is said - but be good Bereans (see Acts 17:11) and check the Bible yourself to see if these things are so.

When was Jesus born? - The traditions of Christmas

Was Jesus born on the 25th December? If not, do we know when it was? If not, why do we celebrate it in December? Has it always been celebrated?

These questions are answered in this topical study by our Pastor, Bob Forder.
